Only the Good Ones

She wore her insecurity like lace, tight against her pink flesh; and her face she kept hidden in shadows so she'd be difficult to remember. Ah, but the lass was impossible to forget. I watched her from a good distance away as she played with her hair nervously, eyes scanning the room every so many seconds, face turning down again to avoid attention. Three fellows nearest me were already enchanted with her, the one farthest to my left yapped on; he already had kids with her in his mind. I chuckled softly and stirred my drink dramatically with the motion of my hand.

The ice hitting the glass stopped their conversation. All eyes on me, show time! I smiled politely to the men and smirked. Without a word, I walked over to her table and sat down. I felt their eyes burn into the back of my shirt.

"What man in his right mind would keep a lady like you waiting?" I asked. She barely looked up and carefully avoided eye contact with me. Her posture changed slightly as she cleared her throat.

"First date," she blurted out. Her face showed regret in sharing that information with a complete stranger. I nodded and drank the rest of my drink in silence. I simply studied her. She hadn't insisted that I vacate the seat for her "first date".

"How do you feel about him keeping you waiting?" I asked. She squirmed. I leaned forward and tilted my head so that my ear was nearer, and I flashed a quick glance at the men on the other side of the bar and grinned.

"I'm ... not sure," she said barely above a whisper.

"Oh? How's that?" I asked, turning back around to face her.

"He didn't keep me waiting for too long," she said and smiled up at me. Her hair fell away from her face and I got a chance to sink into her eyes. A soft hazel, yes, but they were also the most alert eyes I've seen in some time. She knew!

"Ah, nothing sexier than an intelligent woman," I said, relaxing into my seat and smiling at her.

"Well," she said with a great pause, "nothing sexier except perhaps that woman wearing the skimpy thong she got in the mail from an admirer."

"Yes, nothing except," I hummed lost in dirty, dirty thoughts already. The lap of my pants grew a bit taut and I shifted my legs underneath the table.

"You are different than your picture," she said.

"Oh?"

"Yes, more ... intimidating."

I laughed. I'd been hoping to hear "more handsome", but in our world, that was the epitome of compliments right there. I knew she wouldn't be an easy tame though. I could feel her trying to get a sense of me, secretly seeking a way to toy with me while she acted all innocent. I leaned forward again.

"Don't be a bad girl, love," I whispered. She didn't ask why, she smiled at me. Her hand was caught in the cookie jar and she enjoyed that. A light blush took her cheeks. I reached across the table and traced her jaw line gently.

"I only spank the good ones," I finished.
